Performance of Foley to create SFX, and studio recording.
Creation of SFX through Foley
Through this ESE graded assignment, I experienced both performing Foley and the role of a producer recording others performing Foley. I learnt to make use of various props to gain the SFX that I intended, such as using twigs to make wooshes or getting the classic cartoonish "boing" using metal rulers.
In the nightmare portion, I interpreted the clock as an alien trying to take over Earth by hypnotizing people to fall asleep. Thus the boy tries his best to save people, however the alien has control over the flow of time, as heard when it slows down/speeds up the pace.
